A nightly routine with my kids is now also a weekly reflection of the weekend past.
It was a hot weekend here in DC so it felt like being home in Texas. Would have been nice to spend time at the pool but did not manage it. Here it goes for the last weekend in April.
Looking for plans for Saturday? Join me for a workshop to work on your headstand, handstand and forearm stand, Saturday, May 6th from 5 to 7pm at Tranquil Space Arlington.
A bedtime ritual with my kids is also a weekly reflection on the weekend.
Easter weekend was a good one and not too crazy busy but my kids may not have gotten enough sleep so that in turn means neither did my husband and I.
A weekend reflection that started as just a nightly routine with my children.
Not too busy this weekend which meant I was able to get some things done so I guess you would say productive.
Then starting another four week session for my Me + Baby Too class, Tuesday at 11:45am. This is a class for the grown ups with some tot yoga weaved in too.
A little refelection of the weekend that started as a bedtime routine with my kids.
Variety of things happened over the weekend and it felt too short.
It started as a nightly routine with my kids then I decided to make a weekly reflection.
It was a weekend where I got to relax, spend time with my family, teach some wonderful students and realize that I was maybe still a bit spacey from being sick last week.
A nightly routine with my children to reflect back on the day has evolved to a weekly reflection of the weekend past.
Welcome to the Spring Equinox and may it bring a lovely spring with no surprise snow/ice storms. My weekend started out lovely then ended with a stuffy head.
Not teaching this Monday due to being sick but back at it tomorrow so join me on the mat on Wednesday or Thursday. Then this Saturday I am doing a workshop form 3:30 to 7pm on assisting at Tranquil Space Dupont Circle. Join me.
Our nightly sharing of the best and not so great of each day with my kids is now a weekly reflection.
It was a busy and exhausting weekend to be honest. Well, I guess it was mainly Saturday that was really busy.
A bedtime routine with my kids that I try to share as a weekend review with you.
We had a three day weekend or at least my kids did. They did not have school on Friday and the bonus was my husband did not have to work so we got to all be together. So, you can guess that was one rose, here is the rest of the breakdown.
I have fallen off the blog wagon, as I have not posted for quite a few weeks. I will admit to overload with the news, changes in family schedule, my teaching schedule and busy kids. Hoping for settling soon. This past weekend was a busy one, don't have as many pictures as I would hope but I honestly don't always think about trying to capture every moment on film. Not sure if that is a good thing or not, it just is what it is.
A nightly routine with my kids has evolved to a weekly reflection of the weekend.
If you can't guess by the pictures my weekend was spent with my kids mainly. Not a bad thing but when your husband is working all weekend you get to be the parent in charge.
For this upcoming weekend I am leading a workshop on Refresh & Refine Your Practice at Tranquil Space in Dupont so come learn to fine tune your jumpbacks, floating forward, foundations of arm balancing and headstand.
Okay now to my late post about my weekend:
I am a DC based yoga teacher, wife, mother of two kids and three animals who is using yoga both on and off the mat to find balance.
